Sponsors and Partners
The internship is sponsored by the Presence Charitable Trust, a Christian charity whose focus is the facilitation of revival in Watford. The Trust runs an Urban Retreat and a Community Venue in the centre of Watford. The trustees are also directors of Presence, a Christian business enterprise which operates two gift shops, a Coffee House, a Spa and an internet business, also all based in Watford. Combined, the Trust and Company employ 50 Christian staff who play a critical and enabling role in the revival vision for Watford.
The teaching partners for the internship are Streams Ministries International, the teaching arm of John Paul Jackson's ministries, with a particular focus on prophecy and dream interpretation and Fathers House Trust, the teaching arm of Dr Rev Mark Stibbe's ministries, with a particular focus on motivation, character, leadership and healing ministries.
The outreach partners for the internship are Watford Town Centre Chaplaincy which operates a chaplaincy programme in Watford, as well as the Street Angels programmes, Girl About which supports single mothers in Watford, New Hope Trust, which provides housing for homeless and drug addicts, the Hub, which is an entrepreneurial group of Christian businesses working across many business activities and the Watford Schools Trust which provides outreach to all of Watford's schools.
Presence views all 43 Churches within the town boundary as its partners, but has especially close relationships with St. Andrews Chorleywood, the Watford Community Church and Soul Survivor Watford. All churches and Christian charities (46 in total) in Watford are part of a whole-town collaboration called Christians Across Watford.
